  1. On all goods shipped for export out of the
    colony (except such as are enumerated in clause 12),
    there shall be paid a rate of 1s. per ton.
  2. On all goods enumerated in the following
    Schedule, the special rates affixed thereto shall be

On any of the goods above named, the produce of
the Provincial District of Auckland, the charge only
for export out of the colony will be payable.
13. On all goods made from imported produce
or material, landed or passed over the wharf, and
on which wharfage has not already been paid, there
shall be paid the rates for the manufactured articles.

Change of Purpose of Reserve at Waipawa, Hawke's
Bay.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Go-
vernor has approved, under the provisions of
the 148th section of "The Land Act, 1877," of the
intended change of purpose of the reserve specified
in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Description and Purpose of Reserve. Area of which the Purpose is intended to be Changed. Intended Purpose.
Part of Block No. 57, Wai- pawa, in the Provincial Dis- trict of Hawke's Bay, 4 acres 2 roods; reserve for public pur- poses. All that parcel of land situate at Waipawa, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing by ad- measurement four (4) acres two (2) roods, more or less, being part of Block fifty- seven (57) on the plan of the Waipawa Block. Boun- ded towards the North by part of Block No. 57, nine hundred (900) links; to- wards the East by part of the same Block No. 57, five hundred (500) links; to- wards the South by a public road, nine hundred (900) links; and towards the West by a public road, five hundred (500) links. For recrea- tion purposes.

Application for Registration of Two Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that EDWARD WATERS,
Patent Agent, of Melbourne, in the Colony of
Victoria, has applied, on behalf of Mr. SELAH REEVE
VAN DUZER, trading as "Van Duzer and Richards,"
at 114 and 116, Southampton Row, London, England,
Importer and Manufacturer of American and English
Specialities, to register under "The Trade Marks
Act, 1866," the following Trade Marks numbered 1
and 2, of which the following is a description, viz.,-

Description of Trade Marks.

No. 1 is a label bearing the words "Established
1832. Mrs. S. A. Allen's World's Hair Restorer.
A superior Dressing for the Hair. The great un-
