Trigonometrical Station G1, thence north-east to
the western boundary of the Kawakawa Block,
thence northerly and easterly by that boundary and
the southern boundary of the Kaipatiki Block to the
ocean.
And that the number of Councillors to be elected
by each riding shall be: For Russell Riding, two
Councillors; Kawakawa Riding, two Councillors.

PUBLIC NOTICE.
IN TERMS OF CLAUSE 6, "MINING COMPANIES ACT,
1872."
It is hereby notified that the Municipal Council of
Naseby, having determined to construct or
purchase, or partly construct and partly purchase,
Waterworks within the Township of Naseby, plans
for such construction or purchase, or such part con-
struction and part purchase, showing all lands pro-
posed to be taken, otherwise affected, or intermediate
between the place of supply and the places to be
supplied, are now deposited at the office of the Town
Clerk, Naseby, where they can be inspected by all
persons interested at all reasonable hours until the
7th of May next.

ROADS TO BE TAKEN.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Patea West
Road Board propose, under "The Public
Works Act, 1876," to take a road from the acreage
of Section No. 59, Patea District (occupied by Mr.
James Fairweather), and to take a road from a
Government Reserve adjoining Mr. Peter Campbell's
property at Manutahi. The plan of the proposed
roads are now open for inspection at the Board's
Office, Carlyle. Any person affected by the proposed
roads, and who objects to the same, must lodge any
objection in writing within forty days from this date
with me.

register the Golden Gate Gold-Mining Com-
pany as a Limited Company, under the provisions of
"The Mining Companies Act, 1872:"

The name of the Company is to be the Golden Gate Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). -
The place of intended operations is at Waikerikeri
Valley, and the southern slope of the Dunstan Range, in
Vincent County. -
The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Connew's Gully, Waikerikeri Valley, aforesaid. -
The nominal capital of the Company is six thousand
pounds, in six thousand shares of one pound each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is six thousand, being
not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the
Company. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.
