NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land
hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or
before the 21st day of March next.

  1. EDWARD GORTON. - 1 rood and 24
    perches, part of Section 586, City of Wellington,
    abutting 224\u00bc links on Section 587, the south-western
    boundary thereof being parallel to and distant 90
    feet from Murphy Street.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

register the Muddy Creek Main Channel and
Hawkdun Great Extended Water-Race Company as
a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Muddy Creek
    Main Channel and Hawkdun Great Extended Water-Race
    Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at St. Bathans.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    St. Bathans.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is four thousand
    pounds, in thirty-two shares of one hundred and twenty-five
    pounds each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is thirty-two.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is three thousand nine hun-
    dred and fifty-four pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is Edward Kenny.
