Description of Land in Sections 42 and 43, Irregular
Block, Taieri Survey District, and required to be
taken from David Andrew, jun.

All that piece of land marked piece number one
(1) on annexed plan number ten (10), in Section
forty-two (42), Irregular Block, Taieri Survey District,
in the Provincial District of Otago, and Colony of
New Zealand, and containing by admeasurement two
(2) roods three (3) poles and three-tenths (3-10) of
a pole, more or less, with all appurtenances thereto
belonging, being part of Section forty-two (42) on
the record map of the said district, and bounded as
follows: Commencing at a point on a district road
being the south-eastern angle of said Section forty-two
(42), thence in a south-westerly direction and bearing
of 67° 50′ and running for a distance of six hundred
and five (605) links along said district road to a
district road, thence in a north-easterly direction and
running for a distance of six hundred and fifty-five
(655) links along last-mentioned district road to the
north-eastern boundary line of said Section forty-two
(42), thence in a south-easterly direction and bearing
of 157° 50′ and running for a distance of two hundred
and thirty-three (233) links along said boundary to
the point of commencement; and as the same is de-
lineated on plan number ten (10) hereunto annexed
and coloured red.

All that piece of land marked piece number two (2)
on annexed plan number ten (10), in Sections forty-
two (42) and forty-three (43), Irregular Block,
Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial District of
Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and containing
by admeasurement five (5) acres two (2) poles, more
or less, with all appurtenances thereto belonging,
being part of Sections forty-two (42) and forty-
three (43) on the record map of the said district, and
bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on a
district road distant in a south-westerly direction six
hundred and forty-three (643) links along said road
from the north-eastern boundary line of said Section
forty-two (42), thence in a south-westerly direction
and running for a distance of three hundred and
fifteen (315) links along said district road to a district
road, thence in a south-westerly direction and bear-
ing of 67° 50′ and running for a distance of sixty-two
(62) links along last-mentioned district road, thence
in a northerly direction and bearing of 2° 13' and run-
ning for a distance of three hundred and ninety (390)
links and five-tenths (5-10) of a link to number eighty-
nine (89) traverse peg, thence in a north-westerly
direction and bearing of 156° 31' and running for a
distance of one hundred and thirty-nine (139) links,
thence in a north-easterly direction and bearing of
30° 47′ 30″ and running for a distance of nine hundred
and nineteen (919) links and five-tenths (5-10) of a
link, thence in a north-westerly direction and bearing
of 157° 50′ and running for a distance of two hundred
and eighty-six (286) links, thence in a north-westerly
direction and bearing of 105° 48′ 30″ and running for
a distance of four hundred and forty-six (446) links
and four-tenths (4-10) of a link, thence in a northerly
direction and bearing of 358° 24' and running for a
distance of one thousand and thirty (1030) links and
two-tenths (2-10) of a link, thence in a north-easterly
direction and bearing of 27° 52' and running for a
distance of eighty-three (83) links and seven-tenths
(7-10) of a link to the north-eastern boundary line
of said Section forty-three (43), thence in a south-
easterly direction and bearing of 157° 50′ and run-
ning for a distance of one thousand six-hundred and
thirty-two (1632) links and five-tenths (5-10) of a
link along north-eastern boundary of Sections forty-
two (42) and forty-three (43), thence in a south-
westerly direction and bearing of 29° 55′ 40″ and
running for a distance of eight hundred and seventy-

nine (879) links and nine-tenths (9-10) of a link,
thence in a south-easterly direction and bearing of
142° and running for a distance of three hundred
and forty-four (344) links to the point of commence-
ment; and as the same is delineated on plan number
ten (10) hereunto annexed and coloured red.

Description of Land in Sections 14, 6, 5, 4, and 2 of 1,
Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District,
and Sections 2 of 1, Block XIII., Taieri Survey
District, and required to be taken from A. Stewart
and John Gow (Trustees).

All that piece of land marked piece number one
(1) on annexed plan number ten (10), in Section
fourteen (14), Block six (VI.), Dunedin and East
Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial District of
Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and containing
by admeasurement one (1) rood thirty (30) poles
and four-tenths (4-10) of a pole, more or less, with
all appurtenances thereto belonging, being part of
Section 14 on the record map of the said district, and
bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the
south-western boundary line of said Section fourteen
(14), distant in a north-westerly direction nine hundred
and seventy-nine (979) links along the said boun-
dary line from the south-west angle of said Section
fourteen (14), thence in a north-easterly direction
and bearing of 27° 17′ and running for a distance of
two hundred and ninety-six (296) links and five-tenths
(5-10) of a link, thence in a north-westerly direction
and bearing of 111° 20′ and running for a distance of
three hundred and ten (310) links and six-tenths
(6-10) of a link to the south-western boundary line
of said Section fourteen (14), thence in a south-
easterly direction and bearing of 157° 50′ and run-
ning for a distance of four hundred and six (406) links
and six-tenths (6-10) of a link along said boundary
to the point of commencement; and as the same is
delineated on plan number ten (10) hereunto an-
nexed and coloured red.

(2) on annexed plan number eleven (11), in Section
fourteen (14), Block six (VI.), Dunedin and East
Taieri Survey District, in the Provincial District of
Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, and containing by
admeasurement two (2) acres and thirty-one (31) poles,
more or less, with all appurtenances thereto belong-
ing, being part of Section fourteen (14) on the record
map of the said district, and bounded as follows: Com-
mencing at a point on the south-western boundary
line of said Section fourteen (14) distant in a south-
easterly direction eight hundred and ninety (890)
links and five-tenths (5-10) of a link along said
boundary line from the north-eastern angle of ad-
joining Section forty-three (43), thence in a north-
easterly direction and bearing of 27° 52′ and running
for a distance of three hundred and fifty-nine (359)
links and six-tenths (6-10) of a link, thence in a
north-westerly direction and bearing of 157° 50′ and
running for a distance of six hundred and ten (610)
links and six-tenths (6-10) of a link, thence in a
north-easterly direction and bearing of 228° 30′ and
running for a distance of four hundred and thirty-two
(432) links to a district road, thence in a south-
easterly direction and running for a distance of six
hundred and sixty (660) links along said district
road, thence in a north-westerly direction and bearing
of 111° 30′ and running for a distance of six hundred
and twenty-two (622) links, thence in a south-
westerly direction and bearing of 42° 20' and running
for a distance of one hundred and ninety-three (193)
links and five-tenths (5-10) of a link, thence in a
south-easterly direction and bearing of 161° 10' and
