poles, more or less, with all appurtenances thereto
belonging, being part of Section fifteen [15] on the
record map of the said district, and bounded as
follows: Commencing at a point at the intersection
of two district roads on the north-west boundary line
of said Section 15, thence in a north-easterly direction
