All that piece of land in Sections 33 and 34, Block
VI., Dunedin and East Taieri District, in the Provin-
cial District of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand,
and containing by admeasurement nine (9) acres
three (3) roods and seventeen (17) poles, more or less,
with all appurtenances thereto belonging, being part
of Sections 33 and 34 on the record map of the
said district, and bounded as follows: Commencing
at a point on a district road being the southern angle
of said Section 34, thence in a line in a south-westerly
direction and running for a distance of eighty-eight
(88) links along the said district road, thence in a
line in a northerly direction and bearing of $178^{\circ} 30^{\prime}$
