Description of Land in Section 33, Lower Kaikorai
District, and a closed Road line, now Section 99R,
Lower Kaikorai District, and required to be taken
from John Sidey.
ALL that parcel of land situated in the Lower Kai-
korai District, in the Provincial District of Otago,
and Colony of New Zealand, containing by admea-
surement two (2) roods one (1) pole and seven-
tenths (7-10) of a pole, more or less, with all appur-
tenances thereto belonging, being part of Section
numbered thirty-three (33) and closed road line now
numbered ninety-nine (99R) on the record map of the
said district, and bounded as follows: Commencing
at the south-west corner of Section thirty-three (33),
thence in a north-easterly direction and bearing of
207° 42' and running for a distance of thirty-one (31)
links and one-tenth (1-10) of a link along the north-west
boundary of said Section thirty-three (33), thence in a
south-easterly direction and bearing of 117° 42' and
running for a distance of one thousand seven hundred
and thirty-four (1734) links and five-tenths (5-10) of
a link to land taken for the Dunedin and Clutha
Railway, thence in a westerly direction and running
for a distance of seventy-five (75) links and seven-
tenths (7-10) of a link along the boundary of said
land, thence in a north-westerly direction and bear-
ing of 117° 42', and running for a distance of one
thousand six hundred and sixty-nine (1669) links
along the south-west boundary of said Section thirty-
three (33) to the point of commencement; and as the
same is delineated on plan No. 3 hereunto annexed
and coloured red.
Description of Land in Section 45, Block VI., Dunedin
and East Taieri District, required to be taken from
John Sidey.

thence in a north-easterly direction and bearing of
207° 42' and running for a distance of thirty-one
(31) links and one-tenth (1-10) of a link along the
south-east boundary of said Section 45, thence in a
north-westerly direction and bearing of 132° 53' and
running for a distance of eight hundred and thirty-
six (836) links and nine-tenths (9-10) of a link, thence
in a north-westerly direction and bearing of 304° 49'
and running for a distance of eleven hundred and
three (1103) links and nine-tenths (9-10) of a link,
thence in a north-easterly direction and bearing of
222° 52' and running for a distance of one thousand
and nine (1009) links and seven-tenths (7-10) of a
link, thence in a north-westerly direction and bearing
of 151° 38' and running for a distance of five hundred
and sixty-one (561) links to a district road, thence in
a south-westerly direction and bearing of 222° 52'
and running for a distance of twelve hundred and
twenty (1220) links and six-tenths (6-10) of a link
along said district road to the point of commence-
ment; and as the same is delineated on plan No. 3
hereunto annexed and coloured red.
Description of Land in Section 60, Block VI., Dunedin
and East Taieri District, required to be taken from
Samuel Townley.
All that piece of land in Section sixty (60), Block
six (VI.), Dunedin and East Taieri District, in the Pro-
vincial District of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand,
containing by admeasurement twenty-two (22) acres
and eight-tenths (8-10) of a pole, more or less, with
all appurtenances thereto belonging, being part of
Section sixty (60) on the record map of the said dis-
trict, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a dis-
trict road at the south angle of said Section 60, thence
in a north-westerly direction and bearing of 132° 52'
and running for a distance of one thousand eight
hundred and twenty-eight (1828) links and five-
tenths (5-10) of a link along the south-west boundary
of said Section 60, thence in a north-easterly direction
and bearing of 42° 52' and running for a distance of
one thousand two hundred and three (1203) links,
thence in a south-easterly direction and bearing of
132° 52' and running for a distance of one thousand
eight hundred and thirty (1830) links to a district
road, thence in a south-westerly direction and bear-
ing of 222° 52' and running for a distance of one
thousand two hundred and three (1203) links along
said district road to the point of commencement; and
as the same is delineated on plan No. 3 hereunto
annexed and coloured red.

and East Taieri District, required to be taken from

All that piece of land in Section forty-four [44],
Block six [VI.], Dunedin and East Taieri District, in
the Provincial District of Otago, and Colony of New
Zealand, and containing by admeasurement four [4]
acres three [3] roods and thirty [30] poles, more or
less, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging,
being part of Section forty-four on the record
map of the said district, and bounded as follows:
Commencing at a district road at the north angle of
said Section 44, thence in a south-easterly direction
and bearing of 132° 52' and running for a distance of
five hundred and thirty-two [532] links and eight-
tenths [8-10] of a link along the north-east boundary
of said Section 44, thence in a westerly direction and
bearing of 89° 50′ 49" and running for a distance of
eight hundred and ninety-three [893] links and nine-
tenths [9-10] of a link, thence in a southerly direction
and bearing of 4° 10' and running for a distance of
