NOTICE is hereby given, that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Auckland Steam Packet
Company (Limited) will be held at Mr. Tothill's
Office, Shortland Street, Auckland, on Wednesday,
the 28th day of November instant, at 3 o'clock p.m.,
for the purpose of passing, if approved, the following
Resolution:—
"That the Auckland Steam Packet Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily;"
and of appointing a Liquidator or Liquidators, and
authorizing the sale of the assets of the Company by
auction in one lot. And, also, that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the same Company will be held
at the same hour and place, on Monday, the 31st
December next, for the purpose of confirming the
above Resolution.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
heretofore existing between the undersigned
NATHANIEL EDWARDS, GEORGE BENNETT, JOHN
AIKEN, and JOHN CONNAL, as Importers and General
Merchants, at No. 12, Abchurch Lane, and formerly
at No. 9, Fenchurch Street, in the City of London,
and at Christchurch, New Zealand, under the style
of "Edwards, Bennett, and Co.," was, on the 31st day
of July last, dissolved by mutual consent, so far as
regards the said Nathaniel Edwards. All debts due
to or owing by the said late partnership will be
received and paid by the remaining partners, who will
henceforth carry on the business on their own account
under the style of EDWARDS, BENNETT, AND Co.

COMPANY (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.
A GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of
this Company will be held at the office of the
Liquidator, Colombo Street, Christchurch, on Thurs-
day, 20th December, 1877, at 3 p.m., for the purpose
of considering the Liquidator's Account; and, con-
sequent upon approval thereof, to pass the following
Resolution:—
"That this meeting is of opinion that the affairs
of the Canterbury Spinning, Weaving, and
Fibre Company (Limited) have been fairly
wound up."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership for
some time past carried on by the undersigned
under the firm of "Bayfield and Parsons," at Lyttel-
ton, as Chemists and Druggists, has been dissolved
by mutual consent.
The business in future will be carried on by Mr.
ARTHUR B. WHITE PARSONS, who is authorized to
discharge all debts and receive all credits on account
of the said partnership concern.
