I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Venus Gold Mining Company as a
Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Venus Gold
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Murray Creek, County of
Inangahua. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Reefton, County of Inangahua. - The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
pounds, in twelve thousand shares of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand.
- The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount considered as paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is William McLean.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
are as follow:-

DISSOLUTION OF COPARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
heretofore existing between ENOCH HENRY BANKS
and WILLIAM EUING MCDOUGALL, as Corn Factors,
in the City of Christchurch, under the style or firm
of "Banks and McDougall," has been dissolved by
mutual consent. The business of the late firm will
hereafter be carried on by the said WILLIAM EUING
MCDOUGALL, to whom all debts due to the firm must
be paid, and by whom all its liabilities will be dis-
charged.

residing at Mosgiel, East Taieri, do hereby give
notice that I intend to apply, on the 17th day of
November next, to have my name placed on the
Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of
New Zealand; and that I have this day deposited
with the Registrar at Dunedin the evidence of my
qualifications, in terms of "The Medical Practitioners
Act, 1864."
