LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
in each case on or before the 17th day of December
next.
ROBERT LAING.-Lots 19 and 23, of the sub-
division into lots of Allotments 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13,
14, and 15, of Section 43, of the City of Auckland.

ISABELLA MOORE.-Allotment 115, of the
Town of Hamilton West, in the District of Waikato,
containing 1 acre. Originally granted to George

taining 8,120 acres, more or less. Also part of the
block of land known as "Hinuera No. 2," situate
at Mata-Mata, in the District of Waikato aforesaid,
and containing 308 acres, more or less. And also,
Lot 2 of subdivision into lots of part of said block of
land known as "Hinuera No. 2," and containing
51 acres 29 perches. Such parcels of land being in
the occupation of Messrs. MacLean and Co. 1138.

Settlement of Maketu, Suburban Section 2, in the
Parish of Opaheke, County of Eden, containing 20
acres. In the occupation of Applicant. 1174.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
WHEREAS MICHAEL ELLIOT, of Mel-
bourne, Victoria, Bank Manager; FREDE-
RICK JAMES HICKLING, of Warrnambool, in
the same Colony, Bank Manager; and EMILY
WEBSTER, Widow of GEORGE WEBSTER, late of
Invercargill, New Zealand, Sheepfarmer, deceased,
applied to be registered as proprietors of an estate
in fee-simple in one undivided half, part, or share of,
and in Section 362, Hokonui District, by virtue of a
devise under the Will of George Webster, late of
Benmore, deceased, and are now entitled to be so
registered: And whereas they have lodged a statu-
tory declaration that the original receipt for the
purchase-money of the said section has been mislaid
or lost: Notice is hereby given, that they will be so
registered after the expiration of fourteen days from
the publication hereof, unless in the meantime caveat
be lodged with me forbidding the same.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that BRIDGET CALO,
Widow of MANUEL CALO, late of Christchurch,
Fisherman, deceased, claiming as Devisee under the
Will of her late Husband, has applied to be regis-
tered as proprietor of Lot 23, Block IX., on deposited
plan No. 10, part of Rural Section 14756, Malvern
District; and that she will be so registered unless
caveat forbidding the same be lodged within one
month after the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.

town, in Lake County. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Buckingham Street, Arrowtown. - The nominal capital of the Company is £6,600, in 6,600
shares of £1 each. - The number of shares subscribed for is 4,800, being not
less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the
Company. - The number of paid-up shares is 4,800.
- The amount already paid up is considered as £4,800.
