IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me, I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
fix and appoint that sittings of the District Court of
Westland shall be held as follow:-
In the Supreme Courthouse at Hokitika, for
Criminal business, on the seventh day of
January, the first day of March, May and
August, the third day of October, and the
twenty-eighth day of November; and for Civil
business on the seventh day of January, the
fourth day of February, the first day of March,
April, and May, the third day of June, the
first day of August, the thirtieth day of
August, the third day of October, the fourth
day of November, and the twenty-eighth day
of November, in each year.
In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at
Greymouth, for Criminal business, on the
eleventh day of January, the sixth day of
March, May, and August, the eighth day of
October, and the third day of December; for
Civil business on the eleventh day of January,
the seventh day of February, the sixth day of
March, the fifth day of April, the sixth day of
May, the tenth day of June, the sixth day of
August, the twelfth day of September, the
eighth day of October and November, and the
third day of December, in each year.
In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at
Reefton, for Criminal business, on the twelfth
day of February, the ninth day of April, the
seventeenth day of June, the twelfth day of
August, the fourteenth day of October, and the
ninth day of December; and for Civil business
on the sixteenth day of January, the twelfth day
of February, the eleventh day of March, the
ninth day of April, the thirteenth day of May,
