THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SCHEDULE.
BOUNDED on the North by the coast line, including
the islands adjacent thereto; on the East by the coast
line, including the islands adjacent thereto; on the
West by the coast line, including the islands adjacent
thereto; on the South by the River Mokau to its
source; thence by a right line running from the
source of the Mokau to the point where the Nga-
huinga or Tuhua, the principal tributary of the
Wanganui River, is intersected by the thirty-ninth
parallel of south latitude; thence eastward by the
thirty-ninth parallel of south latitude to the point
where that parallel of latitude cuts the east coast of
the Northern Island of New Zealand.

to be Clerk at Arrowtown and Cardrona of the
Resident Magistrate's Court and Warden's Court of
the Otago Gold Fields, and Clerk of the Licensing
Courts for the Districts of Arrow and Cardrona, vice
G. A. Barker resigned.

Majesty's Most Honorable Privy Coun-
cil; Knight Commander of the Most
Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George; Governor and Commander-
in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony
of New Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same; and
issued under the Seal of the said Colony,
at the Government House, at Wellington,
this twenty-sixth day of October, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-five.

defined in Proclamations of the fourth day of October,
1877, and published in the present number of the
New Zealand Gazette. These appointments to take
