NOTICE is hereby given, that I have registered a
Memorandum of Association, establishing a
Company with limited liability of its shareholders,
intituled
"THE WAITARA AND MANUKAU STEAM NAVIGATION
COMPANY (LIMITED)."
The object of which is the Conveyance of Passengers
and Goods in ships or boats between such places as
the Company may from time to time determine; and
that I have issued a Certificate of Incorporation of
the said Company, bearing date the 13th day of
September, 1877.
