APPLICATION has been made to me to re-
gister GEORGE FREDERIC CLULEE, of
Burke's Pass, Clerk, proprietor of Rural Sections
26024, 26180, by virtue of a Memorandum of
Transfer from HENRY JOHN LE CREN, of Timaru,
Stockowner, and FREDERICK LE CREN, of the same
place, Merchant; and a statutory declaration of the
loss of the licenses to occupy said sections has been
lodged with me. Notice is hereby given, that I shall
comply with above application unless caveat forbid-
