NOTICE is hereby given, that JAMES KIRKLAND, of West Taieri, Otago, Clerk in Holy Orders, and ALEXANDER GRIGOR, of Balclutha, Otago, School-teacher, claiming as Devisees under the Will of JOHN DARLING, late of the Molyneux, Otago, Farmer, deceased, have made application to the District Land Registrar of the District of Otago, to be registered as proprietors of an estate in fee-simple in Sections 11, 13, and 14, Block III., Town of Kaitangata; Sections 5 and 6, Block VI., and Sections 4, 5, and 6, Block VII., Coast District; and that the said James Kirkland and Alexander Grigor will be so registered as such proprietors as aforesaid unless caveat be lodged at this office forbidding the same within one calendar month from date of publication of this notice.
