Westland, the boundaries whereof are described in
the Schedule hereunto annexed, and for the purpose
in the said Schedule specified.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Westland, containing by admeasurement two (2)
acres, more or less, being Reserve numbered one
hundred and sixty-two (162) (in red), situate in
the Kanieri Survey District, between Brennan's
Creek Bridge and Blue Spur Township. Bounded on
the Southward by the Blue Spur Road four hundred
(400) links; on the Eastward five hundred (500)
links, and on the Westward five hundred (500) links,
by straight lines at right angles to said road; and on
the Northward four hundred (400) links by a straight
line parallel to south boundary, be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on
the plans deposited in the Provincial District Survey
Office, Hokitika. For a reserve for school purposes.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-eighth day of
August, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-seven.

IN pursuance of the power and authority in me
vested in this behalf by the twenty-second sec-
tion of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,"
I hereby reserve the land in the Provincial District
of Westland, the boundaries whereof are described
in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and for the pur-
pose in the said Schedule specified.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Westland, containing by admeasurement ten (10)
acres, more or less, being Reserve numbered one
hundred and fifty-nine (159) (in red), situate in the
Arahura Survey District; and bounded as follows:
-Commencing on the west side of the Greenstone
Road, about thirty chains south of junction with
Chesterfield Road, and having a frontage to said
Greenstone Road of five (5) chains, and a depth
of twenty (20) chains at right angles to said road,
and in a rectangular block, be all the aforesaid
measurements more or less; as the same is delineated
on the plans deposited in the Provincial District
Survey Office, Hokitika. For a Cemetery.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-eighth day of
August, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-seven.
