I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Great Northern Quartz Mining
Company as a Limited Company, under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Great Northern
Quartz Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operation is at Larry's Creek, in the County
of Inangahua. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Reefton. - The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
pounds, in twelve thousand shares of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is George Wise.

Field, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of
New Zealand. -

Albert and Davy Streets, Grahamstown, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand. -
The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen thousand
pounds sterling, in eighteen thousand shares of one pound ster-
