LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
APPLICATION has been made to me to regis-
ter DONALD WILLIAMSON, DUNCAN
CAMERON, and ROBERT MILLER, all of Ash-
burton, Farmers, proprietors of Section 204, Town of
Ashburton, by virtue of a Memorandum of Transfer
from Rev. CHARLES FRASER, of Christchurch, Presby-
terian Minister, and a statutory declaration by said
Charles Fraser as to the loss of the license to
occupy said section has been lodged with me:
Notice is hereby given, that I shall comply with
above application unless caveat forbidding the same
be lodged with me within fourteen days from the
publication of this notice.

under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month from the date of pub-
lication of this notice in the Gazette.
JAMES CARTER and THOMAS CARTER, of
the Wairau, in the Provincial District of Marl-
borough, Stockowners, Applicants.-492 acres 3
roods, being Sections "5, 6, 7, and 8," on Square
"73" of the above plan of the Provincial District of

FINDLAY MCARTHUR, of the City of Nelson,
Master Mariner, Applicant.-1 rood 20 perches,
being parts of the Sections numbered "18 and 19,"
and part of 11Β½ acres on the plan of the said City of
Nelson, being Lot "29" on the plan of the estate of
the late John Poynter, Esquire. Bounded-West-
ward (151 feet) by Victoria Road; Northward by
Lot 28 on the plan of the said estate; Eastward
(190 feet) by Victoria Crescent; Southward by other

of Nelson, having a frontage to Bridge Street of 30
feet, commencing at a point measured 134 feet from
Vanguard Street, and extending back the whole
depth of the said section. Also 25 perches, being
part of Section "741" on the said plan, commencing
at a point measured 130 feet from Vanguard Street,
immediately at the back of the above-described piece
of land, extending backwards therefrom 76 feet, and
then extending westward at right angles to the
former direction, with a breadth of 36 feet to the

vincial District of Canterbury, the Grandson and
Heir-at-Law of GEORGE RATT, late of Spring Grove,
in the Provincial District of Nelson, deceased, Appli-
cant.-85 acres, being Section "23" on the plan of
Aorere, in the District of Massacre Bay, in the Pro-
