DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between THOMAS CROOK
and GEORGE ROGERS under the style or firm of
Sutton and Co, Grocers, 30, Queen Street, Auckland,
has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, having
sold the business to Mr. CHARLES SUTTON, to whom all
debts due to the late firm are payable.

ORDER OF WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Wanganui County Council did,
at a special meeting held on the 23rd day of
May, 1877, pass a resolution declaring the roads
under-mentioned to be County roads: And whereas
the Council, at a special meeting held the 21st day of
June, 1877, did confirm the aforesaid resolution, and
did direct that an Order in conformity with such
resolution be drawn up, and sealed with the seal of
the County, and be forthwith gazetted and publicly
notified: Now it is by this Order declared, that the
roads under-mentioned be from henceforth County
Roads:-
"That part of the Great North-western Road
leading from Wangaehu Bridge to Wanganui Town
Bridge, and that part of the Great North-western
Road leading from Wanganui Town to Waitotara
Bridge."
