NOTICE.

THE appointment of JAMES STOCKWELL, of Bris-
bane, in the Colony of Queensland, notified in
the Gazette of January 6th, 1876, as Commissioner
of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, under "The
Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875," for
the purpose of taking acknowledgments of deeds by
married women, has, at his own request, been re-
voked by His Honor the Chief Justice.
Notice of revocation was sent to the above Com-
missioner on December 29th, 1876.

SIR, I hereby give notice that it is my intention
to apply in one month from this date to be
Registered under the provisions of the Medical Prac-
titioners Act, and I have this day deposited my
diploma with you for public examination.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership sub-
sisting between us, the undersigned Walter
John Burton and Alfred Henry Burton, as Photo-
graphers, at Dunedin, under the style and firm of
"Burton Brothers," has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the twenty-fifth day of November
last. The business will in future be carried on by
Mr. Alfred Henry Burton, under the same style as
heretofore, who will pay all debts owing by, and is
authorized to receive all debts and moneys owing to,
the late firm.

As witness our hands this sixteenth day of Decem-
