NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same,
in each case, within one calendar month after the
gazetting of this notice.

MALCOLM TOLMIE, JAMES RATTRAY,
EDWARD BOWES CARGILL, and HENRY
JAMES GIBBS, claiming as Devisees under the
Will of WILLIAM ALEXANDER TOLMIE, late of Dun-
edin, New Zealand, Sheepfarmer, Deceased, have
applied to be registered as Proprietors of Deceased's
interest in Sections 6, and 16A, Block VIII., and 2,
3, and 4, Block X., Waikaka District, and Sections
20, Block IX., and 7, Block X., Tuturau District; and
they will be so registered, unless Caveat forbidding
same, be lodged within one calendar month after

as Devisee under the Will of her late Husband, JACOB
OTT, late of Waikiwi aforesaid, Hotelkeeper, deceased,
has applied to be registered as Proprietress of de-
ceased's interest in Sections 36, 1 and part of 2 of
38; 1, 2, and part of 3 of 37, Block IX., Invercargill
Hundred; and that she will be so registered unless
caveat forbidding the same be lodged within one
calendar month after the publication of this notice.
