ALTERATION OF THE DATE OF THE SITTINGS OF THE
FULL COURT UNDER "THE DIVORCE AND MATEI-
MONIAL CAUSES ACT, 1867."
WHEREAS in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 29,
of Thursday, April 5th, 1877, notice was
therein given that three or more of the Judges of
the Supreme Court would sit at the Supreme Court
House, Wellington, on Monday, the twenty-first day
of May next, to hear and determine petitions for the
dissolution or for a sentence of nullity of marriage,
under section 60 of "The Divorce and Matrimonial 196
Causes Act, 1867." And also for the despatch of all
other business accruing under the said Act:
And whereas Monday, the said twenty-first day of
May next, is a holiday of the said Court, and it is
desirable that the date of the sitting so fixed should
be altered:
Notice is hereby given that a sitting of the Court
for the purposes aforesaid will be held on Thursday,
the nineteenth day of May next, at the Supreme
Court House, Wellington, at eleven o'clock in the
forenoon, in lieu of Monday, the twenty-first day of
May next, as notified in the said New Zealand
Gazette, No. 29, of Thursday, April 5th, 1877.

COUNTY COUNCIL OF WESTLAND.
BY Order of the Council, I hereby declare the
following roads to be County Roads :-
The Christchurch Road, from the eastern boundary

that portion of said road lying within the Borough
of Hokitika.
The Loopline Road between the Chrictchurch and
the Greenstone Roads.
