Public Vaccinators appointed.

IT is hereby notified, that under the provisions of
"The Public Health Act, 1876," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint the under-
mentioned gentlemen to be Public Vaccinators, to
perform gratuitous vaccination in accordance with
the provisions of the said Act, and any regulations
made or to be made thereunder, for the districts
mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and set opposite
their names respectively.

Fixing Fee for License to Kill Game.

in pursuance of the seventeenth section of
"The Protection of Animals Act, 1873," to fix the
fee payable for a license to kill game during the
shooting season of 1877, within the Provincial
District of Auckland, at forty shillings; and within
the Provincial District of Otago, at thirty shillings.
