NOTICE is hereby given, that CHARLES EDWARD
WALTER WILLESTON, of Wellington, Tobacco-
nist, has applied to register under "The Trade Marks
Act, 1866," the Trade Mark of which the following
is a description, viz.,—

Description of Trade Mark.

A blue glazed paper Label or Wrapper, having
printed on it in gilt letters enclosed within a gilded
ornamental rectangular border, the words "Willes-
ton's Golden Cloud, a choice mixture of the finest
Virginian Tobaccos, cut and prepared at the Factory,
Wellington, New Zealand."

The word "Willeston's" is printed in a curve, and
has immediately beneath it a representation of a
fouled anchor in gilt, with the words "Trade Mark,"
also in gilt, on either side of such anchor, and printed
parallel with the shank of the anchor.

Under the words "Golden Cloud" an undulating
line is drawn, and on either side of the word "Factory"
a line and ornamental scrolls; the whole gilded.

The wrapper will be wrapped round tin canisters
containing the mixture, some of which canisters will
contain one pound, others half-pound, and others
quarter-pound weight, of the article.

Nature of the article to which it is intended such Trade
Mark shall apply.
