Public Notification.
By His Honor Sir George Grey, Knight Commander
of the Most Honorable Order of the Bath, Super-
intendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me
vested by "The Highways Act, 1874," I do
hereby, with the advice and consent of my Executive
Council, appoint
JOHN CONWAY,
JAMES BODELL,
THOMAS DALE WRIGLEY,
EBENEZER GODDARD NORRIS, and
EDWARD MORTIMER EDGECUMBE,
to be Members of the District Board for the Tauranga
North Township Highway District under the said Act.
Given under my hand at Wellington, in the
Province of Wellington, this seventeenth
day of October, one thousand eight hun-
dred and seventy-six.

BY virtue of the powers in me vested by Warrant
dated 1st November, 1876, under the hand of
His Excellency the Governor, and in pursuance of
section 26 of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do hereby
appoint
Mr. WILLIAM ALEXANDER
to be a Member of the Hamilton District Board
under the said Act, to fill the vacancy caused by the
resignation of Mr. William Jones.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this
fifteenth day of November, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-six.

BY virtue of the powers in me vested by Warrant
dated 1st November, 1876, under the hand of
His Excellency the Governor, and in pursuance of
section 81 of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do here-
by appoint
Mr. T. HUNT
to be an Auditor of the Hamilton Highway District
under the said Act for the current year, in the place
and stead of Mr. John Knox, resigned.
