WAIKOUAITI COUNTY.

Name of Riding. Description of Boundaries.
Waihemo Bounded towards the North-west by the county boundary, from the south-east corner of Run 205 to the Shag River; towards the North-east by the Shag River and the south-west boundary of the Dunback Road District; towards the South-east by the south-western boundaries of the Palmerston, Hawksbury, Waikouaiti, and Blueskin Road Districts, to Trigonometrical Station S on Swampy Hill; and towards the South-west by Taieri County.
Dunback Bounded towards the North-east by Waitaki County, from Kakanui Peak to the Palmerston Road District; towards the South-east by the Palmerston Road District to south corner of Dunback Road District; towards the South-west by Waihemo Riding; and towards the North-west by Mainototo County.
Palmerston Bounded towards the North-east by Waitaki County; towards the East by the ocean; towards the South by Hawksbury Road District; towards the West by the western boundary of the Hawksbury and Moeraki boundaries.
Hawksbury Comprises all that area known as the Hawksbury Road District.
Merton Comprises all that area known as the Waikouaiti Road District.
Blueskin Comprises all that area known as the Blueskin Road District.
North-East Valley Bounded towards the North by Blueskin Riding; towards the East and South by Otago Harbour; towards the West by the City of Dunedin and Taieri County.

MANIOTOTO COUNTY.

Name of Riding. Description of Boundaries.
St. Bathan's Bounded towards the North by Waitaki County; towards the East by the eastern boundary of Run 228 and the Manherikia River to the confluence of the Lander Stream; thence towards the South-west and North-west by Vincent County.
Idaburn Bounded towards the North and North-east by Waitaki County; towards the South-east by the watershed between the Idaburn and the Wetherburn to Vincent County; towards the South-west by Vincent County; towards the North-west by St. Bathan's Riding.
Mount Ida... Bounded towards the North by the Waitaki County to a point due north of the Kyeburn, west branch; thence towards the East by a line due south to the said river, and by its centre to the confluence with the Taieri River; towards the South by the Taieri River and Gimmerburn; towards the North-west by the summit of Rough Ridge and the Idaburn Riding.
Kyeburn Bounded towards the North and East by Waitaki County to Kakanui Peak; towards the South-east by Waikouaiti County to the confluence of the Horseburn with the Taieri River; towards the South-west by the Taieri River to Kyeburn; and towards the West by Mount Ida Riding.
Hyde Bounded towards the North-east and East by the Taieri River; towards the South by Taieri County, being the division line between Runs 205 and 213A; towards the West by the boundary of Run No. 205.
Puketoi Bounded towards the North by the Gimmerburn and Taieri River; towards the East by the Hyde Riding; towards the South by a line run from the south-west corner of Run No. 205 to the south-east corner of Run No. 247, on the Taieri River, and by south boundary of Run No. 247 to the summit of Rough Ridge; towards the West by the summit of Rough Ridge, being the county boundary to the source of the Gimmerburn.
Serpentine... Bounded towards the North by the Puketoi Riding; towards the South-east by Taieri County to Lammerlaw; and towards the North-west by the county boundary.

VINCENT COUNTY.

Name of Riding. Description of Boundaries.
Hawea Bounded towards the North by the County of Westland; towards the East by Counties of Waitaki and Maniototo; towards the South by the south-eastern boundary of Run No. 238, along the watershed of Dunstan Mountains and the Leaning Rock Creek to its confluence with the Clutha River, thence due west to a point 20 chains from the right bank of said river, thence up and along the west side of Clutha River by a line 20 chains distant from and parallel thereto to the Kawarau River, thence by the centre of the Kawarau River to the Kirtle Burn; and towards the West by Lake County.
Kawarau Bounded towards the North by Hawea Riding and that boundary continued to the boundary between Runs 325A and 325B; towards the South by that boundary and the southern boundary of Run 330 to the summit of Carrick Mountains; towards the West by the summit of the said range of mountains to the confluence of the Nevis with the Kawarau River, and by Lake County to Kirtle Burn.
Nevis Bounded towards the West and North by Lake County; towards the East by the Kawarau Riding to the southern boundary of Run 330, thence by the watershed of the Carrick Range and Garvie Mountains to Rocky Mount; and towards the South-west by Southland County.
Earnsclough Bounded towards the North by the Kawarau Riding; towards the North-east by a line distant 20 chains from the west bank of the Clutha River and parallel thereto to a point due west of the confluence of the Waikerikeri Stream, thence to the Clutha River and down the centre of the said river to Tuapeka County; towards the South by Tuapeka County and Southland County; towards the West by Nevis Riding.
Manuherikia Bounded towards the North-west by the south-east boundary of Block 1, Leaning Rock Survey District, from Clutha River along line of Sections 51, 52, 53, 54, 75, 74, and 73 to Dunedin Road; thence by said road to Lauder Creek; towards the North and East by Maniototo County; and towards the South-west and West by Tuapeka County; and towards the West by Earnsclough Riding.
Matakanui... Bounded towards the North-west by the Hawea Riding; towards the North-east by Lauder Creek; towards the South-east by Manuherikia Riding; and towards the West by Earnsclough Riding.

LAKE COUNTY.

Name of Riding. Description of Boundaries.
Greenstone... Bounded towards the North by Westland County; towards the East by a line from Mount Aspiring to the source of the Rees River, and by said river to Lake Wakatipu; thence by the northern and western shore of said lake to a point due east of Round Peak; towards the South by a line from said lake to Round Peak, and by Wallace County; and towards the West by the ocean.
Shotover Bounded towards the North-west by Greenstone Riding and Westland County to Glacier Dome; towards the North by a line thence to the source of the eastern branch of the Matukituki River; towards the East by the said river to its confluence with the west branch, thence by a line to Fox Peak, and thence from peak to peak along the watershed to the Coronet, thence to the confluence of the Moonlight Creek with the Shotover River; towards the South-west by a line from the said confluence up the dividing ridge to Mount Gilbert; towards the South by a line from said mountain to Stony Burn, on Lake Wakatipu; again towards the South-west by the said lake to Rees River.
Matukituki Bounded towards the West by the Shotover Riding; towards the North-west by Westland County; towards the North-east by Vincent County and Lake Wanaka to the Matukituki River, thence up said river to its junction with the Motatapu River; thence towards the South-
