IT is hereby notified that a notice under "The Otago
Waste Lands Act, 1872," under the hand of his
Honor the Superintendent of Otago, bearing date the
24th day of October, 1876, reserving certain land in
the Province of Otago, as specified in the Schedule
hereto, and for the purpose therein mentioned, has
been approved by the Governor in Council, as pro-
vided by the 27th section of "The Abolition of
Provinces Act, 1875."

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Province of Otago,
in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by ad-
measurement seventy-three (73) acres three (3)
roods, more or less, situate in the Waikouaiti Dis-
trict, being Section numbered sixty-eight A (68A),
Block I., on the map of the said district. Bounded
towards the North and North-east by high water-
mark of Blueskin Bay, one thousand two hundred
(1200) links; towards the East and South-east by
Blueskin Bay, five thousand and forty (5040) links;
towards the South-west by Blueskin Bay, two thou-
sand five hundred (2500) links; and towards the
North-west by Blueskin Bay, four thousand five hun-
dred and fifty (4550) links; be all the aforesaid link-
ages more or less; and intersected by two arms of
Blueskin Bay. As a Recreation Reserve for the use
of the inhabitants of the Blueskin District.

Amount of the last Dividend declared, £48,750.
Amount of the Reserved Profits at the time of declaring such
Dividend, £375,598 10s. 8d.
