NOTICE.
AT an Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Shareholders of the City of Auckland Gold
Mining Company (Limited), held at the Company's
Office, Kapanga Road, Coromandel, on Wednesday,
the 20th day of September, 1876, the following
solutions were agreed to:—
- That the City of Auckland Gold Mining Com-
pany (Limited) be wound up voluntarily. - That John Hunter Harrison be Liquidator.
- That Mr. Richard Coupland be appointed Audi-
tor to examine the Liquidator's Accounts.

TAKE notice that, in accordance with the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872," we have
this day appointed the office of Mr. Henry D. John-
son situate at the Criterion Hotel Buildings, Nor-
manby Road, Paeroa, Ohinemuri, in the Province of
Auckland, to be the Office of the Banyan Gold
Mining Company (Limited).
Dated at Paeroa, Ohinemuri, in the Province of
Auckland, this 26th day of September, 1876.

TAKE notice that, in accordance with the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872," we have
this day appointed Mr. HENRY DUNBAR JOHNSON to
be the Manager of the Banyan Gold Mining Com-
pany (Limited).

Auckland, this 26th day of September, 1876.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Potosi Gold Mining Company as a
Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

The name of the Company is to be the Potosi Gold
Mining Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at Waitekauri, in the Ohine-
muri District, in the Province of Auckland, and Colony of New
Zealand. -
The registered office of the Company will be situated at
the office of Thomas Horsbrugh, Brown Street, Thames. -
The nominal capital of the Company is seven thousand
five hundred pounds, in fifteen thousand shares of ten shillings
each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand,
being more than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the Company. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.

The amount already paid up is nil.

The name of the Manager is Thomas Horsbrugh.

General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."
