LAND TRANSFER NOTICE.

M ARIAN KING DUNLOP, as Devisee under
Will of DAVID DUNLOP, late of Christchurch,
Printer, deceased, has made application under Section
86 of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," to be regis-
tered as Proprietor in fee-simple, free from in-
cumbrances, of part of Lot 109, Christchurch Town
Reserves, containing 20 perches, with frontage on
East Town Belt, being the land held under certificate
of title, Vol. XV., folio 43.

The Applicant will be registered accordingly unless
caveat forbidding same be lodged in this office on or
before the 26th day of April, 1877.

Dated this 13th day of October, 1876, at the Lands
Registry Office, Christchurch.

register the Hibernian Shotover River Gold
Mining Company as a Limited Company, under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Hibernian Shot-
    over River Gold Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is on the Shotover River, at foot
    of Pleasant Creek Terrace.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    H. Manders' Estate and Land Agency Offices, Ballarat Street,
    Queenstown.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is five thousand
    pounds, in one thousand shares of five pounds each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is one thousand, be-
    ing the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is three thousand seven hun-
    dred and fifty pounds, by the shareholders named below.
  8. The name of the Manager is Henry Manders, of Ballarat
    Street, aforesaid.
