Tenderers must state the rate per annum for the
services tendered for.

Contractors, whose tenders are accepted, must be
prepared to carry out the services for which they
tender, according to the time tables arranged by
the department, and which may be seen at the Post
Offices from which the services start.

The services marked thus (*) may be terminated
by the Postmaster-General, on giving one month's
notice in writing.

Forms of tenders, with the terms and conditions
of contract, may be procured at any Post Office.
No tenders will be considered unless made on the
printed form.

Tenders to be indorsed "Tender for Mail Service
No. ", and addressed to the Postmaster-General,
Wellington, and enclosed to the Chief or Head
Postmaster of the district to which the tender may
specially refer.

PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in
the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following names of Officiating Ministers
within the meaning of the said Act are published for

MUNICIPALITY OF OAMARU.

NOTIFICATION UNDER "THE MUNICIPAL CORPORA-
TIONS WATERWORKS ACT, 1872."

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Municipal Cor-
poration of the Town of Oamaru, intending to
construct Waterworks for supplying the said town
with water, have this day caused Plans, showing by
metes and bounds all lands intended to be taken or
used for the purposes of the undertaking, and the
locality from which the supply of water is intended
to be derived, and all lands to a reasonable extent
intermediate between the place of supply and the
places to be supplied, and all lands included within
the circuit of such last-mentioned places, together
with a Book of Reference, to be deposited in the
Office of the Corporation, situate in Thames Street,
Oamaru; and the said Plans and Book will be there
kept open for public inspection at all reasonable
hours for a term of three calendar months from this
date And notice is hereby further given, that it
is the intention of the said Corporation to carry
out the said Waterworks.
