And whereas the Town of Picton is mentioned in the
first column of such Schedule: And whereas it is
expedient to constitute the Town of Picton a borough:

Now, therefore, I, George Augustus Constantine,
Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers vested
in me by the said Act, do hereby constitute and pro-
claim the district comprised within

THE TOWN OF PICTON,

as the boundaries thereof are defined in the Schedule
hereto, to be a borough under "The Municipal Cor-
porations Act, 1867."

SCHEDULE.

THE Town of Picton comprises the site of the town
as defined by the original plan thereof in the Crown
Lands Office of the Province of Marlborough, and all
adjoining lands within ten chains of the said town.

Given under the hand of His Excellency
the Most Honorable George Augustus
Constantine, Marquis of Normanby,
Earl of Mulgrave, Viscount Normanby,
and Baron Mulgrave of Mulgrave, all in
the County of York, in the Peerage of
the United Kingdom; and Baron Mul-
grave of New Ross, in the County of
Wexford, in the Peerage of Ireland; a
Member of Her Majesty's Most Honor-
able Privy Council; Knight Commander
of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George; Governor
and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her
Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and
its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of
the same; and issued under the Seal of
the said Colony, at Wellington, this
ninth day of August, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-six.

Vaccination Station at Clinton abolished.

NORMANBY, Governor.

WHEREAS by Warrant under the hand of the
Governor, dated the eleventh day of December,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three, the
Post Office at Clinton, in the Province of Otago, was
appointed a place at which the Public Vaccinator
appointed for the District of Popotuna should attend
for the performance of vaccination: And whereas it
has been found unnecessary that the Public Vaccinator
should attend at such place for such purpose:

Now, therefore, I, George Augustus Constantine,
Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of New Zealand,
in exercise and pursuance of all powers enabling me
in that behalf, do hereby declare that from and after
the ninth day of August instant, the Post Office
at Clinton, in the Province of Otago, shall cease
to be a place at which the Public Vaccinator for the
aforesaid district shall attend for the performance of
vaccination.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the
Most Honorable George Augustus Con-

of Mulgrave, Viscount Normanby, and
Baron Mulgrave of Mulgrave, all in the

Place and Time for Vaccination.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1872," I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
place mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto as and to be the place at which the
Public Vaccinator appointed for the district mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule shall
attend for the performance of vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I do hereby give notice that
such Public Vaccinator will attend at the place aforesaid, for the purpose of performing such vaccination,
on the day and at the hour set forth in the third column of the said Schedule opposite the name of
such place; and further, that at such place as last aforesaid the Public Vaccinator will attend for
the purpose of inspecting the progress of such vaccination in the persons so vaccinated on the day and at
the hour respectively set forth in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite the name of such
place.
