unnecessary that the Public Vaccinator should attend
at such place for such purpose:
Now, therefore, I, George Augustus Constantine,
Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of New Zealand,
in exercise and pursuance of all powers enabling me
in that behalf, do hereby declare that from and
after the first day of July next, the Settlers' Hotel
at Mongonui, in the Province of Auckland, shall
cease to be a place at which the Public Vaccinator
for the aforesaid district shall attend for the per-
formance of vaccination.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the
Most Honorable George Augustus Con-
stantine, Marquis of Normanby, Earl of
Mulgrave, Viscount Normanby, and
Baron Mulgrave of Mulgrave, all in the
County of York, in the Peerage of the
United Kingdom; and Baron Mulgrave
of New Ross, in the County of Wexford,
in the Peerage of Ireland; a Member of
Her Majesty's Most Honorable Privy
Council; Knight Commander of the Most
Distinguished Order of Saint Michael
and Saint George; Governor and Com-
mander-in-Chief in and over Her Ma-
jesty's Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the
same; at Wellington, this twenty-first
day of June, in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
six.

Schedule hereto, the newspaper the name whereof
is in the said Schedule set opposite to the name of
such district shall be a Gazette for such district
under the said Act, in addition to the newspapers
already appointed.

Appointing additional Gazette under "The Debtors
and Creditors Act, 1875."

NORMANBY, Governor.

WHEREAS by the fifth section of "The Debtors
and Creditors Act, 1875," it is, amongst other
things, enacted that the term "Gazette" in the
said Act shall mean any newspaper or newspapers
to be from time to time appointed by the Go-
vernor for each district: And whereas by a
Proclamation dated the twenty-second day of De-
cember, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five,
the district named in the Schedule hereto was,
amongst others, constituted a district under the said
Act: And whereas certain newspapers have been
appointed to be Gazettes for such district: And
whereas it is expedient to appoint another news-
paper to be a Gazette in addition to those appointed
as aforesaid: Now, therefore, I, George Augustus
Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of the power and authority vested in me,
do hereby appoint that, for the district named in the

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in me vested in this behalf by "The
Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," I hereby reserve
the lands in the said Province of Westland, the boun-
daries whereof are described in the Schedule hereunto
annexed, for the uses of the Colonial Government
and other public purposes, as in the Schedule is more
particularly specified.

SCHEDULE.

Two acres, more or less, situate in the Town of Ross.
Bounded on the South-westward by Moorhouse
Street, five hundred links; on the South-eastward by:
Gibson Street, four hundred links; on the North-
eastward by Monteith Street, five hundred links;
and on the North-westward by a straight line parallel
with Gibson Street, four hundred links; and numbered
133 (in red).

Reserve for School purposes.
Two acres sixteen perches, more or less, situate in
the Town of Pounamu. Bounded on the Northward by
Whitcombe Street, three hundred and fifty links; on.
the Westward by Franklin Street, six hundred links;
on the Southward by Parvy Street, three hundred
and fifty links; and on the Eastward by Ross Street,
six hundred links; and numbered 141 (in red).

For the use of a Roman Catholic Church and
School.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-second day of
June, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-six.

Place and Time appointed for Vaccination.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
me by "The Public Health Act, 1872," I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the place mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto as and to be the place at which the
Public Vaccinator appointed for the district mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule shall
attend for the performance of vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I do hereby give notice
that such Public Vaccinator will attend at the place aforesaid, for the purpose of performing
such vaccination, on the day and at the hour set forth in the third column of the said
Schedule opposite the name of such place; and further, that at such place as last aforesaid
