I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Banyan Gold Mining Company
as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Banyan Gold
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Te Ranga, District of
Ohinemuri, in the Province of Auckland, and Colony of New
Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Normanby Road, Paeroa, in the Province of Auckland, and
Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is nine thousand
pounds, in nine thousand shares of one pound sterling each. - The number of shares subscribed for is six thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares
in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Henry Dunbar Johnson.
- The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,

General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."

the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within
one calendar month from the date of publication
of this notice in the Gazette.
The Reverend ANTOINE MARIE GARIN, as
Attorney for the Reverend John Forest, of Napier,
Vicar-General of the Roman Catholic Diocese of
Wellington, Applicant.-12 perches, being part of

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between us
the undersigned Franz Gottfried Hermann
Kummer and John Abraham Roberts Greensill, as
Merchants and General Storekeepers, at Picton, in
the Province of Marlborough, under the style or firm
of "Greensill and Company," has been this day dis-
solved by mutual consent.
The business will in future be carried on by the
undersigned John Abraham Roberts Greensill, who
will receive and pay all debts due to or by the late
firm.
