under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same

NOTICE is hereby given, that ANN HARTLEY,
of Oamaru, in the Province of Otago and 287

Colony of New Zealand, Widow of John Hartley,
late of Papakaio, in the said province, deceased,
claiming as Devisee under the Will of the said John
Hartley, has made application to the District Land
Registrar of the District of Otago, to be registered
as proprietor of Section numbered Thirteen (13),
Block Sixty-four (LXIV.), on the map of the Town
of Oamaru aforesaid, Section numbered Two hundred
and two (202), Block Four (IV.), and Sections num-
bered respectively Five (5), Eight (8), Nine (9),
and Ten (10), Block Two (II.), on the map of the
District of Papakaio, in the said province; and that
the said Ann Hartley will be so registered as such
proprietor unless caveat be lodged forbidding the
same within six calendar months from the date of
the publication of this notice.

I, JAMES HERRING BOGLE, Bachelor of
Medicine, Master in Surgery, and Licentiate of
Midwifery, of the University of Edinburgh, now
residing at Kuriwao, near Clinton, do hereby give
notice that I intend to apply, on the 18th day of
July next, to have my name placed on the Register
of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of New
Zealand; and that I have this day deposited with the
Registrar in Dunedin the evidence of my qualifications,
in terms of "The Medical Practitioners Registration
Act, 1869."
