Application for Registration of Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given, that HENRY ALBERT
HOLLAND HITCHENS, of Auckland, has applied
to register the following Trade Mark under "The
Trade Marks Act, 1866:"----
Description of Trade Mark.
A paper label coloured yellow, the two sides and
bottom being square, the top convex, about four
inches and a half from the highest part of the
convex to the bottom measured longitudinally, and
about three inches broad measured transversely. A
thin black line is drawn round the edge of the label,
leaving but a small portion of the yellow label visible
on its outside. Parallel thereto within, and at a
distance therefrom of about the sixteenth part of
an inch, is another black line of the sixteenth
part of an inch in breadth drawn round the said
label. A red band edged with parallel black lines,
and about five-eighths of an inch in breadth and
three inches and seven-eighths of an inch in length,
is drawn across the label at acute angles to the inner
