and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, doth hereby declare that the assent of the
aboriginal inhabitants entitled to the several pieces
or parcels of land described in the Schedule here-
under written, that the said pieces or parcels of land
shall be subject to the provisions of "The New
Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856," has been ascer-
tained.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece of land situate at the Pelorus, in the
Province of Marlborough, containing by admeasure-
ment twenty-seven (27) acres, more or less, and
known as Native Reserve, Section No. 5, on the plan
of the district. Bounded towards the North by the
River Pelorus; towards the East by a stream;
towards the South by a road; and towards the West
also by the River Pelorus.

All that piece of land situate at the Pelorus, in the
Province of Marlborough, containing by admeasure-
ment, one hundred and thirty (130) acres, more or
less, and known as Native Reserve, Section No. 14,
on the plan of the district. Bounded towards the North
by Section 13, and on the East, South, and West by
the River Pelorus.

All that piece of land situate at Te Rae, Pakawau,
in the District of Aorere, in the Province of Nelson,
containing by admeasurement one hundred and
fifteen (115) acres three (3) roods and thirty-one
(31) perches, more or less, and known as Section
20 on the plan of the district. Bounded towards the
North, 3845 links, by Section 21; towards the East
by high watermark of Golden Bay; towards the
South, 3725 links, by Section 19; and towards the
West, 3000 links, by Crown land.

Circuit Court to be held at Blenheim in June next.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington,
this nineteenth day of May, 1876.

Present:

THE HONORABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by "The Supreme Court Act, 1860,"
it is enacted that there shall be held Circuit
Courts for the despatch of civil and criminal business
of the Court before one of the Judges thereof, at
such places and times as the Governor in Council
may from time to time appoint:

And whereas by Order in Council made the six-
teenth day of July, in the year one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-five, Circuit Courts were ap-
pointed to be held within the Nelson District, at
the Provincial Council Hall at Blenheim, on the
second Monday in each of the months of June and
December in each and every year:

And whereas it is expedient that a Circuit Court of
the Supreme Court should be held on Monday, the
fifth day of June next, in lieu of the Circuit
Court appointed by the said in part recited Order in
Council to be held at Blenheim, on Monday, the
twelfth day of June next:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Colony, in exercise and pursuance of the power and
authority vested in him by "The Supreme Court
Act, 1860," doth hereby revoke the said in part
recited Order in Council so far, but so far only, as
the same appoints a Circuit Court of the Supreme

Court to be held in the Nelson District on the second
Monday in June next, at the Provincial Council
Hall at Blenheim; and doth hereby appoint that, in
lieu of the Circuit Court so appointed to be held,
there shall be held in the said district, at the Pro-
vincial Council Hall at Blenheim, on Monday, the
fifth day of June next, a Circuit Court for the
despatch of civil and criminal business of the said
Court.

JOHN GRUBB, Esq.,
to be Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, and
also Vaccination Inspector, for the District of Napier,
as the same is defined in Proclamation of the 8th day
of May, 1873, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 28, of the 9th day of May, 1873.
