register the All Nations Gold Mining Company
as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the All Nations Gold
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Karangabake Hill, District of
    Ohinemuri, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New
    Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Albert and Davy Streets, Grahamstown, in the Province of

  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
    pounds sterling, in twelve thousand shares of one pound sterling
    each.

  7. The amount already paid up is nil.
