NOTICE is hereby given, that at a Meeting of the
Shareholders of the Albion Quartz Mining
Company (Limited), held at the Company's Office,
Shortland Street, Auckland, on the 13th day of
March, 1876, the following Resolution was passed :-

"That the Albion Quartz Mining Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under
'The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860;"

and such Resolution will be proposed for confirma-
tion, at a Meeting to be held at the Company's
Office aforesaid, on the 19th day of April, 1876.

"That the Long Drive Gold Mining Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under
'The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860;"

and such Resolution will be proposed for confirma-
tion at a Meeting to be held at the Company's Office

I, the undersigned Henry John Cope, hereby make
application to register the Homeward Bound
Gold Mining Company (Limited) under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Homeward Bound
    Gold Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at the Twelve-Mile Creek,
    Macetown.
  3. The registered office of the Company is at Main Street,
    Macetown, at the office of Cope and Symonds, Mining Agents.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is £5,040, in seventy-
    two shares of £70 each.
