Shoal in Spencer's Gulf, is published for general
information.

NOTICE is hereby given to Masters of vessels navi-
gating in the neighbourhood of Cape Bolingbroke,
that the steamer "Governor Musgrave," drawing
10 feet of water, scraped over a shoal part, nearly
due east from the Secret Rock, one mile from the
shore, having the extreme of Cape Bolingbroke,
bearing S. W. W. A cast of the lead taken imme-
diately afterwards gave 4 fathoms.

Inquiry for a Missing Person.

ARTHUR JOHN GREENLY,
son of the Reverend J. P. Greenly, of Laverstock,
Salisbury, England. In 1867 he left Auckland for
Napier. He is about thirty-three years of age.

Any person possessing information respecting the
person above named is requested to communicate the
same to this office.

Colony of New Zealand, Printer, claiming as Heir-at-
law of WILLIAM DUNN, late of Barwheys, near Inver-
cargill in the aforesaid Province; deceased, has applied
to be registered as proprietor in fee-simple of three
roods and thirty-four poles, more or less, being
Allotments forty-four (44), forty-five (45), forty-six
(46), and forty-seven (47) of the Township of
Barwheys aforesaid; and that he will be so registered
unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged here
within six calendar months after the publication of
this notice.
