| Wanganui-Manawatu Railway (portion of). | |
| So much and such part of the waste lands of the Crown in the Province of Wellington as is included between two lines drawn on each side of, parallel to, and at a distance of one chain fifty links from the centre line and along the entire length of that portion of the Wanganui-Manawatu Rail- way which commences at or near a point situated at or on that part of the East Bank of the Wanganui River which adjoins the western portion of Rural Section numbered 89 in the said province, and terminates at or near a point which is situated in Rural Section numbered 248 in the said province, as the same lands hereby reserved or in- tended so to be are delineated upon the plans of the said railway deposited or to be deposited in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Wellington, and the line of which said railway was, under the authority of "The Immigration and Public Works Act, 1870," and the several Acts amending the same, proclaimed in the New Zealand Gazette of the 6th day of Novem- ber, 1873. | For the purpose of the construction of a line of rail- way from Wanga- nui to Manawatu, authorized to be constructed under "The Railways Acts, 1871 and 1872." |

| So much and such part of the waste lands of the Crown in the Province of Wellington as is included between two linės drawn on each side of, parallel to, and at a distance of one chain fifty links from the centre line and along the entire length of that portion of the Wanganui-Manawatu Railway which commences at or near a point situated in Section numbered 21 in the Wanganui District, and terminating at or on that part of the East Bank of the Wanganui River which adjoins the western portion of Rural Section numbered 89 in the Wanganui Highway District; and also along the entire length of that portion of the said railway which commences at or near a point situated in Rural Section numbered 248 in the Whangaehu Highway District, and ter- minates at or near a point situated in Sec- tion numbered 33 in the Turakina District, as the same lands hereby reserved or in- tended so to be are delineated upon the plans of the said railway deposited or to be deposited in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Wellington, and the line of which said railway was, under the authority of "The Immigration and Public Works Act, 1870," and the several Acts amending the same, proclaimed in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th day of June, 1874. | For the purpose of the construction of a line of rail- way from Wanga- nui to Manawatu, authorized to be constructed under "The Railways Acts, 1871 and 1872." |
