SCHEDULE.
- All that piece of land situated in the Province
of Hawke's Bay, and containing 113 acres, more or
less-commencing at a point on the right bank of
the Manawatu River 350 links below the line of
road and railway at the bridge at the crossing in the
upper part of the Manawatu Gorge, and going in a
north-easterly direction at a bearing of 45° for 2500
links; thence in a south-easterly direction at a
bearing of 135° for 2500 links; thence in a south-
westerly direction at a bearing of 225° for 4000
links to the Manawatu River; thence in a north-
westerly and northerly direction along the right bank
of the Manawatu River to the starting point, as the
same is delineated hereon. - All that piece of land situated in the Province
of Wellington, and containing 41 acres, more or less
-commencing at a point on the left bank of the
Manawatu River 350 links above the line of road
and railway at the bridge at the crossing in the
upper part of the Manawatu Gorge, and going in a
north-westerly direction at a bearing of 295° for
2500 links; thence in a north-easterly direction at
a bearing of 25° for 1750 links; thence in a south-
easterly direction at a bearing of 115° for 2000 links
to the River Manawatu; and thence in a southerly
direction along the left bank of the Manawatu River
to the starting point, as the same is delineated
hereon.
Form of Record of Applications to Licensing Courts.
NORMANBY, Governor.
WHEREAS by "The Licensing Act 1873 Amend-
ment Act, 1874," it is enacted that a re-
cord of all applications made to the Licensing
Courts, showing the names of the applicants, the
nature of the applications, the premises in respect of
which the applications are made, the date on which
the application was heard, and the manner in which
the same was disposed of, including, in case of a
refusal, the cause thereof, shall be kept by the Clerk
of each Licensing Court; and that the Governor may
from time to time make and revoke regulations pre-
scribing that extracts from any such register may
from time to time be transmitted by the Clerks of the
Licensing Courts to each other, and in and by any such
regulations may direct the mode in which such parti-
culars shall be recorded by any such Clerks:
Now therefore, I, George Augustus Constantine,
Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority in me vested for this purpose,
do hereby make the following regulation :-
The Clerk of every Licensing Court shall keep a
record in the form in the Schedule hereto; and when
the Clerk of a Licensing Court requires information
as to the disposal of any application in another
Licensing Court, he shall apply to the Clerk of the
Court where such application has been disposed of,
either by telegraphic message or in writing, and an
extract from the record shall be forwarded by next
post, signed by such Clerk, and such extract shall
be valid proof of the decision of the Licensing Court
in respect of such application.

Appointing Licensing Courts to be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and
authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint that sittings of the Licensing Courts for the
Licensing Districts of Coaldale and Paroa respectively
shall, until otherwise ordered, be held in the Resident
Magistrate's Court at Greymouth.
