LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of
land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month from the date of gazetting
this notice.
PETER DINWIDDIE, Applicant.-2 roods 18
perches, part of Subdivisions 46 and 47 of (inter
alia) Suburban Sections 63 and 65, Napier. Bounded
on South-west by Milton Road, 95 links and 125
links; on North-west by Subdivision 45, 199 links,
and by other part of said Subdivision 46, 210 links;
on North-east by other part of said Subdivision 46,
125 links; and by a right of road, 99 links; and
towards the South-east by other part of said, Sub-
