OFFICIATING MINISTERS FOR 1875.-NOTICE No. 27.

Wellington, 4th November, 1875.

PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in
the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following names of Officiating Ministers
within the meaning of the said Act are published for
general information :-

The United Church of England and Ireland.
The Reverend W. E. MULGAN.
The Presbyterian Church of New Zealand.
The Reverend JAMES WILSON.

Corporations Waterworks Act, 1873," the Plan
and Reference Book of the continuation of the Timaru
and Pareora Water Race, from the Reservoir to the
Town Boundary, as intended to be constructed by
the Timaru Borough Council, are deposited, open
to inspection, at the Town Clerk's Office, Timaru.
