Fixing Sittings of District Court at Carlyle.

NORMANBY, Governor.

In pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
fix and appoint that sittings of the District Court of
Taranaki shall be held as follows:-

In the Resident Magistrate's Court House at
Carlyle, for the despatch of criminal and civil
business, on the last Wednesday in March
next, on the last Wednesday in June next, and
the first Wednesday in November next.

Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the Court
appointed for that day shall be holden on the first
day thereafter, not being a holiday.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-sixth day of Janu-
ary one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-five.
