Waterworks Act, 1872."

P UBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, that the Plan
and Book of Reference required by the above Act,
showing the Properties about to be acquired by the
Corporation for carrying out the proposed Water-
works, and the positions and the names of the present
Occupiers of the same, have been deposited at the
Office of the Town Council, and may be inspected
during reasonable hours for a period of three calendar
months from the date hereof.

DISSOLUTION OF COPARTNERSHIP.

N OTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
heretofore carried on by the undersigned as
Saw-millers and Timber Merchants at Seaward Bush,
under the style or firm of "Ramsay and Laidlaw," was
this day dissolved by mutual consent. All claims
