I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Inglewood Quartz Mining Com-
pany" as a Limited Company, under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

1. The name of the Company is to be "The Inglewood Quartz
   Mining Company, Limited?"
   The place of operations is at Murray Creek, in the
   Prence of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand.
2. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
   Tainui Street, Greymouth.
3. The nominal capital of the Company is eight thousand
   pounds, in eight thousand shares of one pound each.
4. The number of shares subscribed for is eight thousand,
   being the entire number of shares in the Company.
5. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
6. The amount already paid up is four thousand pounds.
7. The name of the Manager is George William Moss.
8. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
   holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are
   as follow :-

    General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
    Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."
