the "Young Dick;" and that the Board of Trade
Certificate (No. 12521), held by

Mate of the "Young Dick," is therefore suspended
for a period of three months from the 15th September
last.

MASTERS of vessels trading to the Clarence are here-
by informed that great care is necessary at the present
time in navigating the channel through the flats at
the entrance to the river. Vessels drawing over 10
feet of water should not attempt to enter the river
until the channel has improved.
