NOTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM
GEORGE MCCLURE, of Invercargill, in
the Colony of New Zealand, Doctor of Medicine,
claiming as heir-at-law of James Moreland McClure,
late of Ryal Bush, in the Province of Otago, and
colony aforesaid, Gentleman, deceased, has applied
to be registered as Proprietor in fee simple of a
quarter of an acre, more or less, being Section
three, Block sixty-eight, of the Town of Invercargill
aforesaid, and of Section eighteen, Block three, New
River Hundred, excepting that part belonging to the
Railway; and that he will be so registered unless
caveat forbidding the same be lodged within six
calendar months after the publication of this notice.
