land, Mining Manager, do solemnly and sincerely

  1. I am the Manager of the said intended Company.

    same to be true, and by virtue of an Act of the
    General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The

    District of Hauraki South, in the Province of Auckland, and
    Colony of New Zealand.
