I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The New Exchange Gold Mining
Company" as a Limited Company, under the provi-
sions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

1. The name of the Company is to be " The New Exchange
   Gold Mining Company, Limited."
2. The place of operations is at Waio-Karaka Flat, Grahams-
   town.
3. The registered office of the Company will be situated in
   Shortland Street, in the City of Auckland.
4. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
   pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of ten shillings each.
